LOL. I was the owner then and now. I don’t remember registering the car. LOL

You might not have registered it. Someone could have seen the car at a show or a shop or ??? and got the VIN and submitted it to the registry. If you talk directly with Phil Parcells he should be able to tell you if he has you listed as the owner or submitter and how much information he has on the car. He may only have the VIN or he may also have the information on the door data plate.
