Jack and lug wrench placement on cars with styled steel wheels

On 67-68s that came from the factory with styled-steel wheels, does anyone know where the lug wrench would have been placed/stored? I know on non-styled steel spares it would be used as the hold-down for the wheel, but styled-steels used a plate instead. So what did they do with the lug wrench? They didn’t just leave it loose in the trunk did they?

On top of the jack.

It can be hard to see in the WCCC picture of the jacking instruction decal.

Ah ok I see now, thanks for the info!

I’m happy to help.
