John and Jazzy Stavrou lost everything in a wild fire that took their house in Santa Rosa California. They were in Greece at the time visiting family with their new baby. Unfortunately in the garage was John’s '68 that was given to him by his now deceased father… The car was insured but they didn’t have renters insurance. If you are a reader of Legendary Cougar Magazine the cover car is Jazzy’s '70 convertible. Both of their cars were featured in the magazine. I suppose it’s fortunate they weren’t there with the danger of the fire plus a new baby. What a sickening situation all up and down California. Prayers for all.
Some VERY generous hearts in the Cougar Community… My pitch is, if you would send someone a $5 Hallmark card in a situation like this why not give $5 to a gofundme instead? Beyond the fact that the $5 contributions do add up, seeing all those names as you scroll through is very comforting.
