I just picked up my first Cougar and I’m still learning what is original and what was added over the past 47 years. I have a '69 Cougar XR7 and it has a remote left hand (dirver’s) outside mirror. My Marti report doesn’t list it as an option. Was it an option that was listed or was it standard equipment on certain models? I thought it might be part of a package. This car came with the 351 Performance package. Thanks for any help you can provide…Glen
Standard on xr7 so it would not be listed. Early cars had chrome base and late a painted base.
Don, Do you have a cut off date estimate on the chrome base?.. Phil
