I ask for your help in locating a mostly original 69 Cougar. I want to relive the fun I had when I was 16 and that was my first car. I am looking for a car that is in good enough condition that, with some service, it can be enjoyed now and that is worth investing more money in over time to restore it in stages.
My requirements are as follows.
Original engine and transmission
Factory A/C
Hard top
No accidents
Limited rust
Less than 95,000 miles.
Dash free of damage
Interior black, white, or aqua
No hood scoop or rear spoiler.
I have a budget of $15,000 for the car and $2,000 to truck transport it.

I do not have a 69 Cougar for you, but I would recomend you put your location on this. Afterall, you might be able to go up to $17,000 if somebody with in 100 miles of you has what you want…

There is a ‘69 on Facebook Market in the Spokane, WA. area. It just came up for sale a few days ago. I bought a parts car from the elderly person a few years ago that is selling it. It was in a dark lit garage in the winter so I didn’t get a detailed look at it but what I did see it was pretty nice. Good luck and with your budget you should be able to get a very nice Cat.
