Hi,
This is my first time on this community page I am trying to find a couple of trims for my 1973 Mercury Cougar XR7 Coupe I have been in contact with West Coast Cougar but they were not very help full.
I think the trim is called a lower A pillar trim but if someone can help with the correct name and if it is still possible to try and purchase left and right trim. I will attach 2 photos.
I thought the dash pad covered that area but lets see if someone with a ‘73 can answer the question.
As I recall the plastic A pillar trim piece should extend down to meet the kick panel. If I am recalling correctly that would mean that the plastic trim in the photo has the lower section broken off. I will try to remember to take a look at the trim pieces that I have here on hand to see if I am correct.

I think you are correct looking at the trims it looks like they have been broken by my panel beater.
Do you know the name of the trim? or do you know where I can buy them?
