Drivers side bolt is @ 6 o’clock position, Passenger side bolt is @ 12 o’clock position.
I know these are meant to rotate, possibly 360 degrees. Just thought it was odd, not sure if it matters.
Thats is where the camber adjustment is made, they may or may not match up Left to right on the centrics. What matters is if your alignment is in spec or not. They can potentially loosen and move under harder corning events and larger tires and need to be readjusted or replaced. For those situations you can install fixed plates to lock in your camber setting however the negative is less fine adjustment.
