I just took apart my drivers door lower hinge. I bough the rebuild kid from WCCC.
I tried to reassemble, but the roller pin bushing is not fitting on the stud. Is this supposed to be a pressed fit or roll on the stud.
See attached pictures. The one I took off was damaged but the bushing rolled on the stud.

If you have a vise couldn’t you just tap it in place? It should fit tight but not require a press to make it happen
I could but I thought it had to spin
I did end up putting it together, not sure how it will work. I had to sand the parts.
I have attached the image.
I did use as many of the original parts as I could . Even though they are original, they were better quality than the new parts
