What is the recommended torque for the three long bolts at the bottom of the water pump indicated with numbers 1, 2, 8, 9 on attached image? I found 12 - 18 ft lbs is recommended in general. Is that the same with the long bolts? This is on a 1969 351 Windsor with AC and PS. Just adding pully brackets for AC and want to make sure I have this correct.
