Mr. Accident Prone Checking In...

Home Depot sells those? Dayum!

Jeebus, Bob, you need to hang out with Lee Majors, apparently…(Bionic Man, for the uneducated youngins…).

Somewhat off topic…my better half is having C5-7 issues at the moment, but PT seems to be helping for now…

Continued success in the rehab, ECI.

Thanks Todd.

Yes, I (now) know cervical spine issues are more common and are (as my surgeon for that put it) a “garden variety” issue people sometimes have. Not sure why, but it is somewhat common.

Leg is doing petty well and I am exceeding expectations with what I am capable of accomplishing while recovering (instead of sitting around!). Lost over 5 lbs too. Not what I had in mind as a weight loss strategy but I’ll take it (and run with it!).

Jeez, that’s a hardcore injury.

Rehab it up, man. :poke:

PT starts tomorrow. Nice to see you around Andy!

Nice to be around again.

My life has been very busy and full of fires I had to put out, but I’m starting to get some breathing room.

Breathing room - sounds like someone needs a 4V Cleveland

Indeed, sir.

Returned to skiing yesterday and pleased to report I am skiing like a BOSS!! It’s like nothing ever happened to me. Super happy (after three surgeries!).

Congrats, the wife and I ski Jackson Hole and have not been there for a couple of years. She has had hip replacement surgery and is scared to hit the slopes again, any slopes. Sucks to be me.

Thanks Gary. Funny you mention your wife’s hip replacement, we rode a lift yesterday with a ski ambassador and we swapped war stories. He said he had a hip replacement and went skiing after only four months. So, it is certainly doable. Fear can be a tough thing, good luck!

Bob I have to give it to you. After what happened to your leg I would figure most people would give up skiing.

Man, I thought that kind of comedy of errors only happened to me. Will keep you in my prayers for a quick recovery. Yes, bleach can be VERY slick, even when barefoot (nice shoulder injury that’s too long to explain, but similar to your mishap). Get well soon.

Did you notice this thread started on 28 Apr 2014, I am amazed he is skying now. GO Bob! Will you be water skying next summer?

LOVE water skiing Neal! Just don’t get the opportunity very often, our boat is too big for water skiing.

Yeah thanks for noticing why my wife calls me Captain Oblivious.

Nice to meet you Captain! LOL.

What?!! Did you say something? Is somebody there?

Didn’t get enough of the chair lifts on vacation?
