I did a search, but didn’t find what I was looking for so I hope this isn’t a repeat. I’ve found what appears to be a good deal on a set of Bullitt wheels off a 2004 Mustang and was wondering if anyone has used these on a 67-68 cougar. Kicking around the web, I wasn’t able to find specs on the wheels, but I think they’re 17x8. Backspace is still a mystery. I’m concerned about clearance, rubbing with a Shelby drop, the usual stuff. I’d be interested in any input you could provide from previous experience. Thanks.
You would need a very thick wheel spacer.
Well that’s a bummer, but kind of expected. I don’t think I’ll go that route. Thanks for the input.
