Sweet! Can you post all the info off the Driver side door data tag? It has an xr7 sport mirror but no xr7 emblems, is it an xr7? Looks like a solid clean car, congrats and welcome!

My Sports Special had that same mirror with the chrome base, is there something else that makes that an XR7 mirror?
The chrome base was used on the xr7 to continue the stainless upper trim. The sports special (was supposed to) receive a painted base sport mirror, in the latter part of 69 they made them all painted base.
