Can someone please tell me what these wires are for?
The connector looks like what you would see on a battery tender.
The exposed contact on the connector is the loose wire shown with what looks like a grounding loop.
The covered contact has a wire that disappears into the wiring harness.
I can’t get my test light to come on while connected to the covered contact under any circumstance; lights on, lights off, nothing….
This is on a 1969 convertible.
Not sure if it is related but my rear side marker lights and my trunk light don’t work either.
