Need a lift?

Came across this today. Seems like a good deal.

I like it, I thought lifts not being bolted to the floor were sketchy. But I believe Neal has something similar and if I remember correctly he has no issues with it. I don’t think I have the footprint space in a normal house garage, maybe some day lol. I got a quick jack last year from Costco on sale, 1100 total shipped to my door. My buddy picked one up 2 weeks later in store for 900. I know its not the same but man what a difference when working on a project, my floor jack is gathering dust now :smoke:

Thanks for sharing, the double wide might be the ticket for freeing up space for storage in the winter months. Was planning on building a car shop and not use my farm shop, but rona messed up those plans.

I really want to pick up the quickjacks as well. Its not as nice as a full on lift but for the garage with limited space its good alternative

Does anybody have a picture of where the quickjack sit, as far as where it supports underneath you cougar? Front and back locations. I thought they would not support at the proper locations. I have looked at them, because of space and price as well, but not willing to put out that kind of money and it not work. I can put that money toward other things, if you get my drift. Thanks in advance.

They make a “Pinch-Weld Block” accessory.

Dave,

I thought cougars were not suppose to be supported by the pinch welds, except when changing a tire, where there is not as much weight on the lift point?? It was just my understanding that it was not suggested. Have you used this lift with the pinch weld blocks on you cougar?

Thanks,

Blair

That is where the jack from the trunk goes. Look at the jacking instructions in the trunk. Never mind I re-read the previous post.
