So far I have only seen the light blue one in the plastic case, no blister cards. At least not yet.

I’ve seen the blister pack for sale from a couple of the online diecast vendors, but haven’t yet seen it in person. In the US at least, Toys R Us seems to stock M2 products in the blister packaging. Wal mart stocks only stocks M2s in the display case packaging.
Ebay #191027080313 is a blister pack 68 light blue. The auction will be over by now but most likely the seller will relist as it is a BIN.
