This is just for anyone that will be attending in person this year . While getting my 5 pack of bidder and guest passes yesterday , DISCOVERED , that everything is turned around .
Show office and auction block are where the HORSE PAVILION was . Geographically , this is EAST end of site . WAS on the WEST end before . The far EAST END is where the main spectator entrance is , used to be in the middle .
The most unusual aspect . The main tent has GROWN from 356,000 SQ. FT. to 750,888 SQ. FT. It is almost 1 mile long . There are ONLY 5 outside tents . Translation . 75 % of the auction cars will be inside the main tent , 25 % will be outside … I had not thought of this before , but this might NOT be the greatest for all the guy’s that used to tool around in golf carts . I would bet that ONLY Tuesday , Wednesday , and Sunday cars will be outside . Everything else will be inside . Literally , 1 mile from end to end .
I will be there every day , with a hardy bunch of under cover scrutineers . Being Cougarless has been depressing , however , I seek to cure myself again in the future . My current project has taken me far afield , and it will be going to a new owner in 2014 .
