New Piston Rings, advice based on your experiences

My shop finally called and the block cleaned up without needing to be bored, so the stock 351 2V dished pistons will be going back in. That being said, I have freshly honed walls and will be replacing the rings, so I am looking for advice for a driver/show car. Do I need Moly, Plasma Moly, or some basic cast iron? Also, is there a preferred manufacturer?

Any piston rings need to be plasma moly coated cast iron.

As always, thank you Royce. Now that I know they will go back in I started the cleanup. 1 down, 7 to go.

Check with the machine shop, ring materials require specific surface finishes. A plain iron ring uses a different finish than a moly coated or a chrome ring.
