After the mechanic completely rebuilt my FMX and 351w it will not go into gear. Anybody else ever had this issue and know how to remedy it?
Keep checking the fluid level. Add more fluid it takes a few times to get it full to where it will shift in to gear. That would be the easy soluition.
Agree. The fluid level is hard to judge. 9 quarts looks pretty much like 10 or 11 or 12. Keep adding until the car moves.
