That’s a lot of very original car for the money.
Suspecting the owner drove through a puddle just before it was photographed.
Lift arms are wet too. Looks like they sprayed the undercarriage with water - maybe to clean out the cobwebs from storage? The missing paint chips are curious. Really nice Cougar though!
Rocker moldings are missing… there would be holes/rivets visible if it was original paint.
