I installed an electronic sequential unit in a 1968 Cougar. Hazards, brake lights, and right turn signals work front and rear. Nothing on left side though. Left indicator stays on steady and no lights front or rear. I have power at the white wire near the unit when left turn signal activated. All new bulbs. Good clean grounds. Fresh rotisserie restoration. Anyone else experience this with the electronic sequencer?
Sounds very similar to my experience when 1st installed about a year ago. Called very knowledgeable manufacturer who explained there are actually two powered wires required for turn signals. One is common to both left/right other is a unique left and separate unique right. In my case, probably not an uncommon experience, the column turn signal harness was faulty. Actual cause was discovered during replacement where I had one pin at connector which mates to the main harness (located at end of column wire chase) which would not lock (pushed pin).
