I did some figuring on that part years ago and found that maybe 5 cars could of come with it? Talk about rare!
Whats more interesting would be how many service part like that would be available for such a low number of cars that came with it originally? I mean on normal production runs they make alot of service parts to support the production vehicles for X amount of years as they age. What about something like this with only 5 cars produced? Out of those 5 whats the likelyhood that it wold ever need to be changed over the years to justify producing service parts. Its got to be a low number!
From what I have seen there are more service units out there than cars that came with them. They intended to use them for the entire production run, something changed and they just put the leftover in the service parts bin.
I have had it for a while, and thought about just mounting it on my car. If it doesn’t sell, I may do just that. Fun cool part in any case.
