If I had to guess, I’d say it looks to be mounted on a F350 type chassis.

Cant say for sure, with the length of it it may have been a truck 1st - still very cool IMO
Just sent my dad a text message with this pic and saying he needs to ditch his truck and buy this thing.
His response:

That is exactly the right truck for my dad. I can’t imagine a better truck for him, and I can’t imagine a more appropriate owner for it.

So my dad brought this truck up again today. He really wants to buy it. He mentioned he’s curious if it’s titled as a Chevy since that’s what it appears to be (Mercury front aside). He mentioned that it would probably be expensive, considering the Chevy it’s built on would be upwards of $40k by itself. And he mentioned that he really, really wants it.
Is there any info at all to go on here? Or is it just a photograph with no story or location or info about owner?
Just a pick from one of the mercury or cougar facebook pages I visted. It was the only one posted of the vehicle.
