Yes, blue center caps are correct for those wheels. BUT, as a '69, I believe that it should have the '69 slotted wheels instead of the '70 styled steels. I think it is a minor thing though, and a common thing that is changed based on preference.
The Slotted wheels were Eliminator only wheels on Cougars. The ones on this sweet hear of a convertible are the correct wheel for it.
Is that true?? I thought the slotted wheels were the wheel upgrade for all '69 cougars, but were standard on the Eliminators, and the styled steel were the wheel upgrade for all '70 cougars.
Maybe I spend too much time looking at Eliminators
