Overhead console Light bar removal? 1968 Xr7

I have removed the Overhead Console, can anyone tell me how the 2 and 3 plug harness come off? I’d hate to buy replacements.

Grab each half with a pair of pliers and twist just a bit as you pull them apart.

Sorry, I should have been more clear. I have disconnected the plugs, I need to remove the 4 colored " bulb holders" from the Light Bar.

Seems like they are bayonet types but I should check

You need to mark where each color comes from because they are not labeled. The plastic bulb holders rotate counter clockwise about 1/8 turn and then come out.

You can see on the backside how ( and why ) Royce was referring to the removal of the bulb holders requires a counter clockwise turn.

Thanks for all the help. I got it apart. May have damaged some tabs.
For anybody looking to do this, it’s important that you grab the bulb socket in the right spot. Mine were stuck due to corrosion. Grab where the arrows are pointing.
