XR& Overhead Console Wiring
What route does the overhead console harness take and what does it connect to ?
From memory… It travels to the passenger side along the front and then along the ps roof side then down the C pillar and then attaches to the harness that passes through the PS rocker which connects to the main loom at the PS kick panel.
If I remember correctly, it goes over to the passenger side sail panel area and then down through the inner quarter, under the passenger side sill plate, up behind the passenger side kickpanel, and then behind the glove box to the switches. From there it’s a mystery.

Are you trying to add the overhead console to a standard Cougar? the main harness for an XR7 and a Standard are different so it isn’t a plug and play add on.
