I was replacing my master cylinder yesterday and when I removed my old master cylinder there was a part between it and the booster. This “gasket” or whatever it is is pretty worn and needs to be replaced, but I am not sure what it’s proper name is or where I can get it. Can anyone ID it for me? Pictures included.
Thanks!
I’ve always referred to it as a spacer. I don’t think they are available new but any of the used parts vendors could probably help you out.
Thanks for the info. Found one for a 67 Stang new on eBay. Is it needed? I assume it is related to the push rod length. Are there any other gaskets that are required between the master and the booster?

I have something that needs identifying as well: My cat does not have those black rubbers between bumper & fender anymore and I have no idea how they look or what their official name is (especially in English)
I’ve been through WCCC and the closest match I found were those “corner fillers”

BamaExile, sorry for the slight hijack. Newb68, those are the correct corner fillers on the link from WCCC. Also, these repro rear bumper fillers mount to the back of the rear quarter panels just below the quarter panel extensionhttp://www2.cougarpartscatalog.com/xxx.html. These fillers are between the rear bumper and quarter panel. Also, read the “Description” about these fillers, I’m just putting up the link for an example of these fillers. John
Just a foam air filter. The aluminum part is the spacer, the plastic part is the air filter cover.

The rubber that you have mounted between the bumper and the quarter panel extension, does not look right. I have a feeling they are not mounted properly
Sorry for the hijack too, didn’t want to open a topic for such a minor question.
Thx for your quick replys.
Thar car in the picture is not mine, I have absolutely no rubber back there on the right side, just a huge gap
No idea how it got lost, but now at least I know what I need. I’ll go with the used ones.
