In Japan this is called Outer weather strip, but I don’t find online of the US.
Please tell me and help me.

My Cougar is 1970 with houndstooth.
Also sometimes referred to as a “dew wipe”

Well… you can just tell your wife that it will save your window from getting all scratched up, apparently. I heard that can happen.

That Cougar is spectacular. I spent a lot of time in Japan in Tokyo, Nagoya and Sendai mostly. It is a very different place than the USA.
But my wife has been enjoying getting in Cougar😁
