If a PM sits in my outbox, does that mean that the person I’m sending it to can’t accept it? Meaning is their in box full? I’ve had this happen a couple of times now.

It just means the person that you’re sending it to has not read it yet.

Interesting, in my experience in it IT field, if a message stayed in my outbox, it usually meant it was undeliverable for some reason. Maybe CCC is setup differently. Thanks for the response.
I’'m in agreement with Steven here…stays in the outbox until the recipient “receives” the message.
