WCCC used to sell a power antenna(part number 14168), but it is discontinued. Does anyone have one for sale?
Summit Racing sells a power antenna, but I’m not sure if it can be modified to fit the factory antenna fender base.

Yes, the link works but the item is marked as OUT OF STOCK. which means that you cannot buy it.
romans81, just below the photo of the item on the ebay link it says SIMILAR ITEMS. Click on that and you will see several other listings that are about the same.

Yes, thanks, Royce. I knew the seller wasn’t the manufacturer. I just wanted to know who made it so that I could purchase the same one that others here have said works.
Are you saying that you used this power antenna inside the stock rectangular chrome fender mounted base for a stock look?
I just buy them. I have no idea who actually makes them.
On the original link that Royce posted the seller lists the item as UNBRANDED. So either they do not know who actually makes it or they do not want to tell us the name. When I looked at the similar items there were quite a few that looked to be the same item. Most of them were being sold by someone in China so my guess is that these antennas are made in China too.
I do not do ebay on my phone so I have no personal experience with it. I have however talked with many local friends who do access ebay on their phones and they tell me that it is a very different experience than doing ebay on a PC. As an ebay seller just about every time that I receive some question about an item where the answer is already posted in the listing it is because the buyer is using the phone app. The biggest problem that I have with the phone app is that it does not appear to have a way for a buyer to ask for combined shipping. Ebay really needs to rework that app.
