68 cougar setting for 24 years everything associated with brakes replaced except power booster. ; what would be the symptoms of a bad power booster? Feel like I have no brake pedal;
They felt better before the engine started, and I hook up vacuum
Disconnect the booster and plug the vacuum line to the intake. Does the engine run better? If there’s no change to the brakes then you have the answer. I can’t imagine that it would still be okay.
Ok got booster installed it’s a miracle I have brakes again 
; and my goodness this little 302 has plenty of torque

Thank you that’s my daughters. I told her if she helped restore it she could paint any color she wanted to; I prefer a darker color my 68 XR-7
