It has been a very hard week at WCCC… Many of you have spoke to “JR” Tanguma on the phone here at WCCC as he fields more calls than anyone here, very calm cool helpful demeanor. His wife Andrea Tanguma is in charge of our shipping department and both have worked here for several years. Last week Andrea got the call that her 21 yr old son with mental health issues passed away unexpectedly in NM, we were all devastated… Words escaped us all. This week JR gets a call that his 24 year old daughter was killed in a hit a run outside of Bakersfield. Frankly I am just numb as I type this… Thank you for your patience as we are behind on shipping as well as fielding calls. A kind word to them would be great, I will also post below the gofundme links. My wife and I have chosen to spend time with them this weekend and forgo the show in Tacoma WA. Richard and Cleve will be representing us.
Unbelieveable !!! It’s just not possible to properly express my sympathy. I am so very sorry for them, their families and all the WCCC family. I wish I could do better than just to say that my thoughts and prayers are with you all.

That is just awful – I am so sorry to read this. I think losing a child is truly about the worst thing I can imagine…two is beyond belief. They will most definitely be in my thoughts.
Must be beyond unbearable.
I remember meeting those folks at the WCCC open house last year. They, like all the other folks there are cool, hang-out people. Both said they really liked their jobs at WCCC. That speaks highly of Don and his family’s business.

I spoke to JR on the phone a couple Mondays ago. He was swamped with all the orders from the weekend (including mine) but as you said Don, he was still very calm and helpful.

Wow…just wow… I have two daughters and can’t even imagine the gut wrenching loss the family is feeling right now. So very sorry for your loss and my entire family will be praying for your comfort and healing.
