I find it interesting that some previous owners are interested in what happened with their car after selling and some do not want any intrusion.
I had a great experience tracing down the history of my 1958 School Bus, chatting with the one of the drivers, whose father had driven to the Superior body factory to pick it up new.
For my Cougar, I know who sold it in 2014 and the owner from 2014 who sold it to me. It does have an old Cougar Club of America window sticker. Any records on previous owners? Should I put it in the registry again?
