I went to Autorama yesterday and one of the cars I came across, had Radir Wheels, not the kind that came on the XR7-G but the center caps/cups/spinners were the same as the “G” cougar spinners and cups. The only thing would have to be done, to be the same as ours, would be to machine out the center of the spinner, so the badge would fit. I remember others have asked about these being made, but apparently they are still available.
The Radir company has been around for a VERY long time. But it has enjoyed a resurgence over the last several years due to the Retro Hot Rod movement/trend. I don’t see them going anywhere anytime soon.
BTW, if you’re talking the Detroit AutoRama, I was there yesterday as well. 
I NEVER miss that show regardless of the three hour drive and it’s usually some sort of snowstorm…
I have an original set of these. The cone looks similar, but not identical. Without seeing one in person, it is also difficult to tell how they would match up size-wise. Possible substitute.
