Just installed a new rear brake hose, distribution block and brake lines
Having trouble getting the clip installed that hold the end of the hose to the bracket (the one like the U clip on the door locks)
Appreciate any tips / tricks that might help to get it on (already tried the hammer)
Tap on with a hammer is how I always do it. Assume you are “starting” the clip prongs in the groove of the metal part of the line end first? Should go right on unless you have the wrong sized clip for the line end or something. Have you calipered the groove and the clip opening to see if they belong together?
