I have a 72 XR7 convertible and I noticed the other day that my right rear turn signal works fine when I use them normally and when I say normally I mean when brakes are applied or not but when I put the running lights or head lights on. Only the first two flash in the sequential mode bit he last out bulb just stays on but dull. If l turn off the head lights they work fine. I cleaned the connector from the sequential box and at the connector just before it goes into the light housing. Plus the one ground by the trunk latch. And there is no change. Is there and other grounds I should check before I take the lens off and check in there.
I did just replace my headlights to LEDs and bought a new wire harness from NPD. Plug and play
The problem is I don’t know how long I’ve had this issue. Before the head light upgrade or because of the upgrade. I’m hoping it is an issue contained to the trunk area and not the head light switch or worse. All the way up to the headlights
