Just curious, I need to get new shocks for the rear of my 69. Who has what kind of shocks on their car and how do you like them?
Does anyone have the old school Gabriel Hijackers on their car?
Although I have a 73, I put KYB shocks all the way around on mine and am very happy with them.
Monroe Sensa-Trac coil overs…love them!

As CatsRock, all 4 KYB and I am very pleased.
I also use KYB’s on all 4 corners and am happy with their performance.
I have KYBs as well. They make a good shock absorber and they fit our cars well.
KYB for me too. But, search the forum and get the AMX shock that is the right length!!! Everyone uses (and the books say) a 'stang shock but those are too short.
Worst case I can provide the PN when I get home, bought them to replace the wrong shocks we all are using but have not put them on yet.

The correct KYB part number for the rear shocks is 344052.
Yep, that’s the ones. To be clear though, “correct” in this context means what we know to be right for our cars and not what KYB specifies for our cars (which is a shorter, 'stang shock).
We have them here
Now hold on a second! The link references the wrong (mustang) shock, but the description says 344052 which is the right shock. Then, the dimensions in the description are again wrong and for the 343219!!! Which is right?
Hoping that the shock is right and the rest needs to be cleaned up in the listing (holding hand out for my Cougar bucks )
