I have installed my rear window but there seems to be an excessive bulge on the outside seal. Is this the normal bulge I read about with the replacement seals or do I have too much rubber bunched up on the outer pinch weld. The corners all fit perfectly flat (which sounds opposite of what others experience) and the seal lays down nicely in the interior. There is a little glass movement at the bottom around the middle. I have not applied bedding compound yet - want to make sure the glass is mounted correctly before applying that mess.
This is for a 1969 XR7.
