Filled the rear end with Motorcraft 80w-90 Premium Rear Axle lubricant.
Had a local shop, King Speed and Kolor, press Timken bearings onto the axels. Slide them into the housing with the brake plates and added some brake hardware. The ebrake cable assemblies cleaned up nicely (thanks). Drums and wheels were put on. Winter will be here soon. I’m done for year.
Now that the car has its wheel back on, next year I’ll be able to roll the car out of the garage, open the doors, pull all the boxes out and install new rear shocks.
