Rims size

I have a 69 Cougar. I am looking into purchasing Keystone Classic rims for the car. My question is what is a good size rims that will fit on the car and fill the wheel well, with out rubbing

I think 15” are as big as you should go ? But I’m no expert. I stayed with 14” on my 68 - but I did up my tire size to p/215 70s on front and 225 70s on back.
Stock was p/195 -
My wheel wells are pretty full - but no rubbing. Oh these are 14x7” wheels. American racing Torque thrust
