I’m looking for a York to Sanden bracket for my 67 XR7 390 . Want to mount the Sanden in the original position, not higher up.

No one to my knowledge makes a Sanden specific compressor bracket. You will need original brackets and idler pulleys and then buy a Sanden adapter mount at the link Mike provided. Here’s the OEM stuff:
There is not a specific York or Tecumseh air conditioning compressor mount.
C7SA-2882-A is the correct casting number for the cast iron pedestal mount on all 1967-68 Mercury Cougars, Mustangs, Thunderbirds, and most all Ford or Mercury cars with FE engines. There are other compressor pedestal mounts for FE engines, I do not know which, if any will mount a compressor lower.
You will need to purchase the adapter bracket listed like on the above website. That bracket will give you the needed adjustment for lining up the V-belt.
