Shame Customer Service Has Fallen So Bad At West Coast

Yep West Coast would never return phone messages in a week and never answer the phone at like any time during the day. Also very difficult to get email to be responded too. Not sure if I am being singled out or the company is going down hill. I know I have spent a good amount of money with West Coast over the past two years. I know things use to be different.

Delt with Darrell and junior last week and no problems there at all. When you go online you`ll see a chat box at the bottom. When there open there is someone that always answers it. Company seems to be running fine from what i see it.
