Is it possible to change the shifter bushings in 1969 cougar without removing the whole assembly?
I watched a video of guy changing them on a mustang and it showed him disconnecting the electricial cable underneath the car at a connection point. I looked under my car and there is no connection clip. The cable goes into straight into the housing.
If anyone has guidance it would be appreciated.
