Pulling interior out to run wire to power panel in engine bay. This is to power the taillight sequencing system in my new Retina Blaster 5000 LED taillights. I’ll vacuum things out before I stuff it all back in.

Nice! 68 Torino GT?

No, it’s a 69 GT. It was a 302 car, but it might end up with a 390.

Imho , the top off of your torino and a 67/68 cougar make probably the best looking car the US never made

Nice combination! In my mind that would be THE Cougar to own; but I’m glad I don’t. Mine is easier to ignore.

Agree, it works so very well. she is definitely a beauty and so unique. And to top it off, the custom body work and total execution looks top-notch, for example the melding of the 2 very different trunk lids and details to create a proper cougar finished rear end still. much thought and care put in. I love the finished product, would’ve been a cool low-number factory package.

Hi !

Very nice and more down to earth than the predator (with a cost of more than $1 200 000 to build).https://youtu.be/_S8y7MmlMtg?si=ZYE0Gpwl0EFZMb7i

Agree with you and thanks for sharing this one too as i’ve never seen it before. It certainly has a gorgeous interior but i do not like the finished product at all. For starters… rear end does not have the xxx effort put into the other to meld the Cougar’s defining deck lid & other standout details that bring the 2 together. ‘Predator’ over $1M and looks like a messed up Mustang (but again, with a stunning interior). Whereas the other car is a beautiful execution, unmistakable cat vibe and looks as if would’ve been an original factory model Cougar. It’s all subjective of course, but IMO side by side, no comparison in the finished look & presence between the 2 cars in bringing forth a fastback Gen1 Cougar.
