Single vs 2 stage paint question

So I am closing in on painting my G car. I plan on spraying the car with a 2 stage paint. My question is what are y’alls thoughts on painting the interior, inner fenders and the roof under the vinyl top in a regular single stage. Yes I’m cheap but I also want to do the right thing if it matters. I’m leaning to Cardinal Red.
Thanks

I’ve always used single stage for the interior, door jams etc. Easy touch up

That’s what I did on mine. Unfortunately, since they were different types/batches, it wasn’t a perfect match. You can see the difference along the edges of the door jambs and the fenders under the hood.

Assuming no concerns about matching, single stage inside the trunk and inside car and roof, then BC/CC everything else.

Also, I usually edge the doors off the car and install them before paint. I mask off the inside face of the door, all tape, no paper. When I spray the car I open the doors and spray the jambs with the outside of the car so there are no mask lines. The tape on the door face won’t wreck the clear in the door jamb if it contacts the clear.

The inside face of the trunk lid and underside of the hood I also spray off the car with them laying flat, not hanging from the ceiling so that the clear lays down really flat.

I spray the fenders off the car as well.
