From what I read this is not recommended. Has anyone tried it as a subsistute for the rag joint ?
Just curious.

I’ve been running a Flaming River u-joint in mine for over 10 years.

Unisteer u-joint in the car for a few years now.

Interesting, I might want to give this a try as well. Are these a direct replacement for the rag joints? Can you provide part numbers?

This was part of my Unisteer rack and pinion steering swap kit. It uses the OEM shaft on one end and splined shaft on the other so it wouldn’t work with all OEM bits.
I’d suggest you reach out to Summit Racing for their input and correct part numbers.
