At some point a Grant steering wheel was put on my 67 cougar, but it was not done well, the horn is not hooked up. I’d like to take this back to original/reproduction. Does anyone have a parts diagram that would show exactly what I need? The only things I’ve figured out is an upper and lower collar, but I believe there should be springs, etc. to make the horn work again. Thanks in advance!
