stupid valve cover grommets!

So I took my 68 out today, and got it up to temp in my little rural neighbor hood. I was please with the valve covers not leaking from under the emblems, but I still have a leaking PCV grommet.
They are after market aluminum, with the two cut outs. I haven’t seen any at the local Oreilly’s, where do you get them? Or is it just better to buy them online?
I think they are the same style as the repro running cat ones, that are also notorious for leaking.

Do the valve covers have baffles in them?

No, they are clean? Blank, just the covers without anything else on the underside.
Thanks Royce- You always have the inside scoop-

I think this could be part of the problem. I got a pair of those tig-welded sheetmetal valve covers and had to install my own baffles in them for this very reason.

I checked for a part number on the grommet, and noticed that the one in place, has 4 ‘tabs’, but a couple have been damaged. I’ll try another grommet, and see how that does. The running cat VC’s have that rectangular tube in them, these didn’t have anything. Just the pinch pins that hold the emblems in place.

Seems to me I just bought some Dorman PCV grommets from O’Rielys for my ‘70 Galaxie. I can’t remember the sku.
