Subframe connectors

I have a 1967 with some power. I was hoping to install a pair of bolt on sub frame connectors. I recently replaced my saggy leaf spring with mono cal-tracs. Has anyone place sub frames on and how bad was it?

There are what I used on my 70. I drag raced it for a decade with them bolted and welded in place. Still have them on…I made a round steel plug to fill the frame rail space and welded to the frame rail for strength. I ran mid 10s with those and caltracs

Thanks for the CJ part. I actually bought them. I had thought of putting the car on the strip just to see how it ran. Need to make more suspension mods. Im not a mechanic, just play one in the garage.

I have the same ones on my '70. It isn’t roll cage level stiffness, but it made a noticeable difference in the ride quality of the car. Like any other mod, it needs to be done as part of an overall package leading to what your intended use is. I tied the lower control arms into my cross member as well to create support across the car, but my intended use was autocross / road course.
