I’ve O/H my column but is is still a little loose, is there a way to tighten it up?

They normally are not loose - can you describe what is loose?
Apologies for the late response.
It’s has about 1/8’ movement at the tilt away angle.
I guess you need to post a video. Typically the pin gets loose and needs to be moved back into place.
