Tilt wheel rag joint

I’m looking for a picture of how the joint connects. On my 68 they PO had two bolts holding the couplings together, no rubber disc. I can take a rag joint disc and install but I’m not sure the best way to bolt them together. Should I use four bolts, nuts and washers? Hope that makes sense,kinda hard to explain.
